grove is an AI-powered conversational assistant. the service uses third-party large language models to generate responses. grove is not a substitute for professional advice in any field, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic contexts.

3. AI-generated content disclaimer

responses generated by grove are produced by artificial intelligence models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. you acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content should not be relied upon as fact without independent verification.
  • grove does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any response.
  • you are solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on AI-generated content.
  • grove is not liable for any damages arising from reliance on AI-generated information.

4. user responsibilities

you agree to:

  • use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • not use the service to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
  • not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the service.
  • maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. data and memory

grove stores conversation data and learned memories to improve your experience. you can view, manage, and delete your stored memories at any time through the settings page. deletion of memories is permanent and cannot be undone.

6. limitation of liability

to the fullest extent permitted by law, grove and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

7. modifications

we reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. termination

we may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

9. governing law

these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
